The ABB DPA UPScale ST is a modular, standalone three-phase UPS built on ABB’s decentralized parallel architecture. It combines the compact footprint of a tower with the high availability and scalability of a true modular system, making it ideal for small and medium data centers, healthcare sites, and critical commercial facilities.
Each module is a fully independent UPS, and capacity can be added in the field as the load grows — so you pay only for what you need today while retaining a clear upgrade path.
A standalone cabinet holds multiple hot-swappable modules, giving the density and economy of modular architecture without requiring dedicated rack space.
Any module can be safely replaced while the rest of the system continues to protect the load, eliminating planned downtime for routine service.
Excellent efficiency across the load curve means low energy cost whether the system is lightly loaded on day one or heavily loaded years later.
Adding a module is a straightforward, load-bearing operation. No need to rip and replace when the business grows or redundancy requirements change.
